Refund Policy

• A FULL refund will be given when a course is canceled by GV BOCES.
• A FULL refund will be given if you withdraw from a class with at least 24-hour notification before the first class.

Payment: Checks payable to Genesee Valley BOCES, Cash, MC, or Visa

Tuition: Due at the time of enrollment/sign-up. A $20.00 charge for returned checks

Confirmations: NO notifications are sent, except in the event of cancellation for which you will receive a full refund

Genesee Valley BOCES (GV BOCES) requires a student to sign a "user agreement" (AUP) for Internet Access.

GV BOCES reserves the right to cancel or change the date, time length, or class hours of course offerings.
