Shared Assembly

Shared Assembly is specifically designed to provide enrichment programs directly connected to the arts-related curriculum. These events must occur at the school. The CoSer for this program is 406.010 / 406.011.
The Genesee Valley BOCES will provide a listing of artists for participating districts. The list may include but is not limited to, plays, writers, workshops, assemblies, etc. Other artists requested by the district or suggested by BOCES are also eligible. Districts may also request artists in particular fields, and the BOCES staff will work to identify appropriate people.
In general, artists may provide assembly programs for specific grade levels, or they may work with each classroom individually in a particular grade level.
