The Genesee Valley BOCES Printing and Graphic Design Department offers a professional printing service ranging from design and layout to copying and finishing. The staff recognizes the diverse challenges facing educators and other professionals in the educational  arena, and we know that designing and printing documents can be a challenge.

We can do the job for you, quickly, cost-efficiently, and professionally.

Our graphic design costs are reasonable and competitive. Your documents reflect your district. Highlight your students’ successes; show your school and community pride; emphasize the quality education provided by your school district.

Because we buy in bulk, we’re confident that our price for paper is competitive and we keep a wide variety of paper in stock for your printing needs. If you want something special, we can get that, too.

Because we have three high volume digital copiers, the cost per copy is less than what you pay in-house.

How much time do your employees spend waiting to use your in-house copier? Time is money - we hate to see yours wasted. We have a full-time person dedicated to getting your copies to you on time.

Our service is aidable under the BOCES state aid formula (except for the cost of those materials that become the property of the district), and you are not required to get bids when you use our service.

There are some jobs where it’s quicker and more cost-efficient to go to an outside printer. We’ll tell you that upfront and we can make suggestions.
